This speaker is directly inspired by the world famous Abbey Road studio located in London, England, and celebrates the unique 45-year relationship between Bowers & Wilkins and Abbey Road.
Abbey Road Studio has been a sacred ground since 1931, where legends like The Beatles, Pink Floyd, Radiohead, Oasis, Stevie Wonder, and Lady Gaga made music history.
The 801 D4 Abbey Road Limited Edition speaker boasts a carefully crafted Vintage Walnut cabinet, complemented by a bespoke red Leather by Connolly trim.
The red leather trim on the Bowers & Wilkins 801 D4 Abbey Road Limited Edition speakers is a design element that pays tribute to Abbey Road Studios. Specifically, it references both the red leather in the control room of Studio Two and the red leather chairs used by musicians throughout the studios. This detail, along with the vintage walnut finish, is meant to evoke the rich history and iconic status of Abbey Road.
