My brother and I traveled from Montreal to Milan to attend the 2026 Winter Olympics men’s hockey medal games at the brand-new Santa Giulia Arena.
We witnessed:
🥉 Finland🇫🇮 defeat Slovakia 🇸🇰 in the bronze medal game
🏒 Canada 🇨🇦 vs USA 🇺🇸 in an epic gold medal showdown
🥅 Unbelievable performance by goalie Connor Hellebuyck
🏒 A dramatic 3-on-3 overtime winner by Jack Hughes
🥈 Canada wins the silver medal
🥇 USA’s first Olympic gold since the Miracle on Ice in 1980
For two lifelong hockey fans, this was truly an unforgettable experience.
