Best bread of 2023! Where did you eat the best bread in your life?
I had my best experience in Paris, France, during a recent trip in March 2023.
Paris has over 30,000 bakeries and every year, they have a popular competition where the best baguette gets voted. The winner receives 4000 Euros plus has the opportunity to be the exclusive supplier to the Elysée Palace for one full year.
This year’s winner is the Frédéric Comyn bakery, located on 88 rue Cambronne in the 15th arrondissement (15th district). The young 34 year old baker is Damien Dedun.
